    • QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

    • Join Let’s Talk for a space to process the impact from the trial for the murder of George Floyd and the recent murders of Daunte Wright and Adam Toledo. It’s a brief, individual, drop-in, confidential consultation with a CAPS team member and wait time is usually brief. This is not therapy and it is not designed for students needing urgent help.
